TERMS & CONDITIONS :
Online registrations will be closed the november 15, 2024. After this date, registration will only be available through express enquiry by contacting the organizing commitee.
REGISTRATION FROM OUTSIDE OF FRANCE:
VAT is payed upon registrations. Companies domiciled outside of France wishing to be invoiced without VAT should reach out to organizing commitee.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND:
Cancellations received before the September 30, 2024 will be reimbursed within 90 days at a rate of 70% of the conference registration fee. Cancellations must be made by e-mail, stating the name and contact details of the person registered. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the October 1, 2024.
