TERMS & CONDITIONS :<\/span>
Online registrations will be closed the november 15, 2027. After this date, registration will only be available through express enquiry by contacting the organizing commitee.<\/span><\/p>

REGISTRATION FROM OUTSIDE OF FRANCE:<\/span>
VAT is payed upon registrations. Companies domiciled outside of France wishing to be invoiced without VAT should reach out to organizing commitee.<\/span><\/p>

CANCELLATION AND REFUND:<\/span>
Cancellations received before the September 30, 2027 will be reimbursed within 90 days at a rate of 70% of the conference registration fee. Cancellations must be made by e-mail, stating the name and contact details of the person registered.
